We are living in difficult and times, where rapidly changing circumstances create stress and anxiety. When the stress in our lives becomes too great, it can adversely affect many areas of our life - our emotions, our relationships, vitality, mental health and our physical well-being.
By practicing some very simple mindfulness techniques and learning some Zen-inspired principles, you can quickly address these problems and transform your difficult life experiences into gifts of love for yourself and those around you. Anyone, regardless of faith, philosophy, or culture can learn and apply these principles for a healthier and happier life.
